General Booking Condition for staying in the Residence-hotel in the Dolomites

Booking Conditions

Following up the booking, you will receive a voucher indicating stay conditions and procedure to pay the confirmation deposit (40% of the total price) by postal order*, bank transfer* or bank check*. Your booking will be considered definitive as soon as we get back signed copy of the voucher and receipt for payment.

General Information about your stay

  • Rooms or apartments are at your disposal starting from the arrival day at 5.30 pm and have to be left within 10.00 am on the departure day.
  • Number of persons per apartment (children included) can not exceed the number of bed sits shown in the booking voucher.
  • Kitchenette’s final cleaning is on you. Otherwise € 55,00 will be charged.
  • Children discount in Residence is calculated considering the total price of the apartment divided by the number of bed sits and it is valid for one week minimum stay.
  • One promotion or discount excludes the others.
  • The rates indicated for person/night are valid for 3 days minimum stay.
  • No refund is provided for late arrival or advance departure. Arrival and departure dates are pointed on the confirmation voucher.
  • We do accept all the most common credit cards (Carta Sì circuit – Visa).
  • Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Penality

  • up to 60 days before arrival the full confirmation deposit will be refounded
  • from 30 to 60 days before arrival half of the confirmation deposit will not be refounded
  • within 30 days of arrival the entire confirmation deposit will be retained
